I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI)
Interview
I received a mass-produced invitation to apply for either Technical Services or Customer Service after posting my resume on Monster.com. Why not, I thought? So, I submitted a resume and a cover letter. I was asked to take a personality test on-line, which I did. Within a week, I was emailed to schedule a phone interview. I felt I did well on the phone interview, but the questions were rather standard, such as, was I prepared to relocate?, where did I see myself in 5 years?, etc. After that, I was emailed to take a writing test on-line. I did that, but about a week or so after the writing test, I was emailed that they had decided to pursue other candidates. Overall, I feel their interview process feels amateurish and scripted, as if the people with whom you are interacting can't do anything without pre-planning.

Question 1
The writing test was to write a review of my autobiography in the form of a New York Review of Books.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
Applied through campus job board and quickly got a phone screening. Phone screening was relatively easy and seemed to just be running through my resume and double check some of my technical work. Afterwards I was invited to go for an on campus interview the next week. I felt like a large portion of the interview day (2.5/3 hours) they were showing off the campus, food, and how much they loved their jobs. The other large portion of the day they tested us in tests in math, grammar, and computer programming. I spent the least amount of time actually interviewing and giving a 10 minute presentation. So the interview only lasted essentially 1 hour total for an 8 hour day at the campus. Be prepared for a long but relatively easy day.
Wish it could have been a little more personal and less like I was taking the ACT again.
