Phone interview was pretty standard, asked why I wanted the job and how my experiences would help me in the position. The interviewer was awkward and struggled for words a lot. After the phone interview I got a link to take an online assessment which included math problems, reading comprehension, and programming, and then took a personality assessment.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Oct 2018
Interview
I got an email asking to apply for the position. I had a phone interview, took an online exam, and then scheduled an on campus interview. The on campus interview included a case interview, HR interview, and coding test. I was offered the job a couple days after my visit.

Question 1
Why Epic?
What percentage of the time would you spend talking in a conversation with 5 people?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Dec 2018
Interview
HAVE NOT COMPLETED THE PROCESS. Contacted by recruiter in last year of college. Went forward, submitted my resume, got contacted for a phone interview & skills assessment like a lot of others here. Phone interview was with an employee, got asked standard questions (where do you see yourself in 5 years, why this company/position, what do you want to get out of the job) & given an overview of the job responsibilities. Skills assessment was simple, logic questions w/ some basic math and easy faux programming (read the instructions - it's just another logic puzzle). Was invited to an onsite interview, have not gone yet.
