I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Equinox (Paramus, NJ)
Interview
Felt relaxed by the interviewer's demeanor, despite the process being short. The interviewer was asking questions regarding my past work history and what the relationship was between the employee referral that I had. They introduced me to a few other department managers in the process.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Equinox (Vancouver, BC) in Sep 2016
Interview
My Interviewer talked about herself for the entire interview. She said she wanted to pay me minimum wage to work as a front-desk associate, but she told me the clients are paying big money to get a membership? She told me I'd need to have a 2nd and 3rd job on top of the front-desk job. It was a long interview....about 45 minutes. She bragged about what she's done, who she is, etc, etc. I left there with a bad taste in my mouth. I figure if I ever become a multi-million, I'll never step foot into an Equinox.

I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Equinox (New York, NY) in Aug 2016
Interview
I was referred to Equinox by a family friend. The front desk manager got back to me within a week of my referral and asked me to come in for an interview that day. I couldn't, and we rescheduled. The interview was easy, and the manager spent most of the time trying to convince me to take the job (the pay is really low). I was hired on the spot.
