I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Equinox (Summit, NJ) in Aug 2015
Interview
It was an easy interview. The interviewer was not very professional. The interview was like a very casual conversation. No job specific questions, just about availability, and when you can start.

Question 1
What is your availability? How far are you from your fitness center?
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Equinox (Westlake Village, Los Angeles, CA) in May 2014
Interview
I met with the AGM for a 30 min +/- interview and was offered the position on the spot. The interview was pretty standard in its formality, questions, and length. I felt like the questions were more geared to the kind of person I am rather than the kind of employee which was nice to feel like he wanted to get to know me on a personal level rather than simply what skills I can offer. It was not a difficult interview by any means, there were a lot of questions but, again, ones about who I am, nothing tricky. As long as you can hold a conversation, are respectful, and smile it shouldn't be difficult.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Equinox
Interview
very easy; very nice lady, just be honest and upfront, and ready to give dates/hours you cant work. I would also make sure that you are able to communicate which time of the day works best for you otherwise you'll be scheduled for hours you don't like.
