Equinox interview questions

1st interview looks to be a one-sided automated video. I haven't decided if I want to continue. For a company that emphasizes premium service and personalized coaching, I would have expected an application process that reflects those values—one that allows for real-time interaction, dialogue, and connection. While I understand the efficiencies of automation, I believe that a position centered around human engagement should begin with a human experience.

The interview process was very straight forward and the interviewer was very nice. It really felt like they were trying to get know me and I felt very confident walking out.
