Begins with a phone interview asking fairly basic questions about certification, availability, and interest in the company. Prior to the interview, they provide you some links to visit to learn more about the company. Then an interview is schedule at the club with all the training managers. This is more of a traditional, formal interview. Finally, there is a group interview at a different club with all the managers and all the current applicants. You introduce yourself, cue a fake client through some exercises, and work as a group to complete and present a case study. Very laid back and fun.
