Equinox interview questions

The interview process was disorganized and inefficient, leaving me frustrated and confused. It felt rushed and unstructured, with unclear expectations and inconsistent communication. The entire experience was impersonal and unprofessional, often leaving me feeling dismissed and neglected. At times, the process was chaotic and overwhelming, with little regard for my time or comfort. The lack of preparation and feedback made the experience even more stressful and off-putting, while the overly formal approach felt disconnected from what I was hoping to learn. Overall, it was a deeply unsatisfactory and unwelcoming experience.

There are a couple stages. First one is a phone call interview and if you pass that you will meet the manager. Wish luck to everyone. It is not hard neither is easy.
