Equinox interview questions

I sent an email to someone I met in person at the club, who referred me to write to the assistant GM. I sent in a written but rather informal application by email, followed by in-person interview mostly about availability.

The interview process was very thorough - I felt the interviewer asked a lot of questions about my previous work experience, and also wanted to understand how I would handle different situations in a gym environment.
