Its helpful to have a good knowledge of exercise science but a certification is not required at the time of the interview. They have options where you can get reimbursed while on the job.

The interview was 3 parts. One phone screening, one zoom interview, and one in person. They were all very friendly and the questions were strait forward. The in-person interview was the most relaxed, and they just wanted to get a feel for you as a person and if you'd click with the team.
