Equinox interview questions

Hour long extensive phone interview w/recruiter in Austin. Very pleasant but did not ask any job specific questions. Talked about equinox, wanted personal information and talked comp. Commission based role, start at 30k base, drops off after few months, avg total comp 50 to 100k, top performers make 150-175k. Great benefits and free group classes and membership. Followed up 2 weeks later, never heard back from anyone.

It was formal , very professional and smooth. They asked questions if scenarios that we responded to , gave a tour of the gym what is expected in uniform and greeting guest in the pool
