Equinox interview questions

Average, I had to follow up several times before they acknowledged my emails. Once I was interviewed I then had to follow up several times again to do my practical.

I made it to the third round of interviews and was supposed to meet in person with the club's General Manager, who scheduled the interview as per their availability. However, the General Manager was not at the office on the interview day because it was their day off. So I had to wait 40 minutes past my scheduled interview time to speak with 2 people who had no idea who I was or what I was doing there. They asked me a hypothetical question about selling membership packages to existing clients during a snowstorm. Seriously? Gyms just started recovering from the covid-19 closures. They lost clients. I sent "thank you" messages to everybody, including the General Manager, but never heard back from anybody. Rude.
