I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Equinox in Jun 2017
Interview
Great people I interviewed with, asked very thoughtful questions. They do hire very pretty people though, or take looks highly into consideration. They paid for parking and were timely. The questions were not too difficult, they take customer service and white-glove very seriously due to working with well off members.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Equinox in Jan 2021
Interview
Casual conversation with pointed questions. The interviewer was kind and had a friendly attitude. Overall, the role was not a good fit but it was a positive experience. It was passed onto me through a recruiter but I did not hear back from the potential employer about whether or not they would be moving forward.

Interview
Was a joke. Was "tested" by two women neither of which were fully certified. Phone interview, In person interview, and then a practical test interview. Was told to create a 10 min program (given 5 or so minutes to prepare) for an advanced pilates practitioner with "tight hip flexors". The two unqualified ninnys refused me the job because I chose the Tree with full back extension on the Barrel, and was told that was incorrect, that it was a hamstring exercise. They were completely incapable of grasping that the tree was also an outstanding Hip Flexor stretch. Dina and I have forgotten the other.
