Equinox interview questions

applied online, sent me an email to set up an interview, in person interview, follow up with 30 min practical, got hired next day. The orientation and paperwork is quick everything done online

brought in for an open house interview. Not one question was asked, she simply reviewed my resume and told me that was sufficient. She was surprised I had actual work experience on my resume. She then asked when I could start, implying I had been hired. I never heard back, but was later through through a second, slower interview process for a different position. Would have liked to be informed about the process or still offered the position all though I was a candidate for a better position.
