Equinox interview questions

Received an email to set up a phone interview, had a 30 minute phone interview, and an in-person interview with two people. Standard interviewing process. They also ask to role play and have you act as a sales person in various situations.

Horrible first impression I was waiting for the spa manager to come she was 30 mins late however the whole time she was in front of me just didn't decide to greet me , very unprofessional and rude . My next interview was the practical she was late to that as well because she went to get lunch . 30 mins late to be exact . After my massage she said it was good but however gave little to know info about the next step or if I was moving forward or not . She said I'll contact you maybe end of today or Saturday... it was Wednesday... fast forward it is now Wednesday the following week and no word from her so I decided to email her .said I would better fit another location
