Equinox interview questions

I was referred to Equinox by a family friend. The front desk manager got back to me within a week of my referral and asked me to come in for an interview that day. I couldn't, and we rescheduled. The interview was easy, and the manager spent most of the time trying to convince me to take the job (the pay is really low). I was hired on the spot.

This was an open group and informational session type of interview. It was essentially their "phone screening" interview process they would normally take. They introduced the company, explained the benefits, compensation, continuing education, etc. Had the opportunity to speak with current trainers. The next step would be for the 1-1 interview.
