I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at European Wax Center in Dec 2015
Interview
The lady who interviewed me seemed very unhappy and didn't smile. As soon as she came out I stood up and I guess I didn't notice my pen drop from my lap and onto the floor and then the lady just was staring at my pen on the ground and wasn't even looking at me. It was super awkward.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at European Wax Center in Dec 2015
Interview
Applied online I was contacted two weeks later via email, the interview was very quick but she made me feel extremely comfortable I wasn't nervous at all she talked about the company and the background of EWC then asked me questions not many though. She called me in for a second interview with the owner and he went over the same things she did and was also very nice and seemed to care allot about his employees and how happy they will be working for their business. He made me an offer and told me to think about it first because he didn't want me to get caught up in the moment and accept without thinking on it, so I went home discussed the offer with my husband and accepted his offer the next day.
My advice is to be confident in your answers
Always make eye contact
Smile allot
Have positive energy and a positive attitude
Wear black and white (those are their management colors)
Research the company
