Extra Space Storage Manager/Assistant Manager interview questions

Applied online. Had phone interview with district manager (who was chewing gum the entire conversation), Scheduled in person interview for the next day at 11am, got an email at 8am the day of my interview stating they were "pursuing other candidates". Had I not checked my email prior to the interview I would have wasted my time and showed up. Poor interview practice!!!!

First there was a phone interview with the DTL. She asked standard interview questions, then in person interview with a different DTL. Very easy going and friendly, lasted about 30 minutes and then last interview was with the DM.
