I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Extra Space Storage (Phoenix, AZ) in Jul 2014
Interview
I had a brief phone interview and two face to face interviews. Was very easy going, they want to judge character as well as work experience. The phone screen was a basic "this is what the job entails" type of interview. The two face to face interviews were "let's walk the site" interviews, both of them asked the same questions for the most part.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Extra Space Storage (Charleston, SC) in Oct 2015
Interview
I was contacted by the District Team Lead who talked with me first through a phone screen, then I came in for a one on one interview with her. After she determined I was a good fit, I spoke with the District Manager. She talked with me and asked me basic interview questions. I had to pass a drug test and a background check to be hired.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Extra Space Storage (Lenoir City, TN) in Dec 2015
Interview
The DM interviewed me himself. He was very friendly and professional. He described to me the goals and details of the job and how to reach the goals that the job required. He had seen my job performance before hand as a manager of Subway and was impressed by my customer service skills as a customer of mine himself. His main concern that he had shared with me was the new software that the company had just initiated.
