Extra Space Storage Manager/Assistant Manager interview questions

First phone interview, then interview with a District Team Lead, then District Manager. Once I got job offer I did drug test and background check. After I was cleared I started about 5 days later.

A trainer in the district will conduct first interview. You will need to report to District manager for secondary interview. The questions are repeated at the interviews. The locations of the interviews are whatever is convenient for the management. You may need to travel. Answer the questions in the second interview exactly the same as the first.
