Step 1 phone screening Step 2 take personality test Step 3 Interview with District Team Leader Step 4 interview with the District Manager. Step 5 Offer letter was sent to me by Email. The process may be long but it was very easy to pass.

Two interviews. Met with a store manager and also the district manager. Both asked a bunch of questions about if you can lift 50 pounds or more and ask if you feel comfortable being outside and cleaning because that is the majority of what you will be doing.
