You start with an online application. Then a District Team Lead calls you for a phone screening. After that you're invited for an interview with a District Team Lead. If that goes well you're forwarded to an interview with the District Manager. If that goes well, there is a mandatory drug screening and background check. If all goes well, you're given an offer!
