Extra Space Storage interview questions

It was pretty easy to apply online. The interview seemed to go really well and they said they would let me know of their decision by the end of the week. Next week I still hadn't heard back so I emailed them and they simply said they were moving on to other candidates. I would have appreciated an email and/or feedback regarding the reasoning. I understand not everyone is a great fit but I felt left hanging.

On the spot interview. There was a two process interview. If you pass the first one, you move on the second. I made it to the first interview and was not able to do the second interview due to the hiring personnel running behind on his interviews.
