Extra Space Storage interview questions

Phone screen, In person interview with DTL, and same day District Manager. I received a call on Wednesday and was brought in on Friday for interview and received offer letter later that evening. Followed by that was Background and drug test.

interviewed with accounting managers. Had some challenging questions. They surprisingly tested my basic accounting knowledge. Review some accounting text books before you go. ;) asked about excel skills, what function do you think most useful. Fast paced, very friendly.
