Extra Space Storage interview questions

Applied online. Received email from corporate recruiter asking to schedule a video interview. Scheduled the interview and it went well. Was told I was moving forward and would be contacted by the end of the week. Didn’t hear anything so emailed recruiter on Monday of the next week. Received a call back on Thursday asking if I could do another video interview in Friday. I am currently employed and not able to be quite that flexible. Got scheduled from r Monday. Interviewer was very nice and asked several “tell me about a time...” questions. I answered the way I expect my interviewees to answer, What was the situation, my action and the outcome. At this point, my interviewer stopped looking at me and just read questions. After I gave my complete answer I was asked, “what was the outcome?” I had to repeat myself for each and every of the following questions, because he had stopped listening to me. Total lack of respect and waste of time. I was told the recruiter would be contacting me either way that week. Since I heard nothing I emailed the following week and heard nothing, so I called the recruiter and left a message. Now two weeks later I received an email telling me I am still in the running for the position. Then the following week an email telling me they will not be moving me forward in the process. How did that happen? They seem very disorganized and have no internal communication.

Typical interview process. You start off with a phone interview basically where they ask questions about previous experience and the "tell me about yourself" request. Then they continue by telling you their experience with the company and the company's history and a brief description of the job. Then you schedule the In Face interview and from their its an extremely typical interview
