Extra Space Storage interview questions

Interviewed in store. Asked various questions both professional and personal to see how I would mesh with their current workers and culture. They then showed me the facilities and I was notified in about a week that I got the Job and started a week later.

First was a phone interview that went pretty smooth. Great experience. Second was in person. Was quick to reject my application after the second interview, after stating they will let me know in a week.
