Extra Space Storage interview questions

Applied on line. Phone screen with district trainer and then an in person with district manager at the store location. Walked the property with store manager. Was told by district manager that I would hear one way or another the following week but they have been silent since then.

Phone interview came first with Store Manager. Very polite and quick. Set up face to face interview for following day. I arrived 15 minutes early to be greeted by the same Store Manger I was previously interviewed on the phone by. I then met with the District Manager who was very laid back and straight to the point. It was great energy from both the District Manager and Store Manager. Never felt any stress or pressure because it was a small office and very personal.
