Extra Space Storage Store Manager interview questions

Phone interview for a store manager position that had already been filled. Including the day I actually put in my application it has been 6 weeks and I still don't have a call back after a phone interview and a 1 on 1 interview with the District Manager.

First, Telephone interview. Second, in person interview with Trainer, and right before leaving I interviewed with District Mgr. We went over lots of material and went over job description to ensure we all were on the same page as to my duties. From there i was extended a offer and was told they'll be in touch. I received a email offer with followed emails of instructions of my next step as far as background and drug testing to complete within a timely manner.
