The worst experience with a condescending reciter from their talent acquisition team. Unnecessarily complicated process. I got an impression that people overwork than what they are paid. I am very happy that I didn't get this job. The process was: first with a test then two interviews.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- Do you see future with FARFETCH? - Are you familiar with luxury fashion? - Where do you shop usually? - Experience working in team? - Why FARFETCH?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FARFETCH (Londres, Inglaterra) in Apr 2019
Interview
I was headhunted by a recruiter, first stage was a phone interview with them. then an in-person interview with the recruiter and hiring manager. General discussion about my experience, expectations and competencies of the role. Pretty relaxed but I never heard anything back about not making it to the next round, which I found rather frustrating as it's easy to send a quick email to say you haven't been successful.
