Interview
The whole process took more than 2 hours. It was a group interview, so we all gathered in the lobby and waited for about 40 minutes, they were running late I guess. Then finally we were greeted and welcomed to the room. It took about half an hour to discuss the interview questions, they were mainly regarding the company itself, like what do we know about it and how we would act in certain situations as a customer service representative. After that we were told that we should wait to call our names for the next step. It was 7-8 people besides me, and in at least 30 minutes they called just one of us. The HR guys were friendly but I wish the whole process was slightly faster.

No communication from recruiter - completely ghosted which is unprofessional and rude after several interviews. I followed up several times to see what was going on in the process and asked for a response regardless of outcome and never even received an automated email rejection. Would not recommend working here or using farfetch to anyone.

The interview is in 4 different steps. The team is lovely, always arriving on time and super nice. The process is very fast, they answer after 1 day. The interview was quite easy.
