The hiring process at FDM Group takes an average of 7 days when considering 1 user submitted interviews across all job titles. Candidates applying for Analista had the quickest hiring process (on average 7 days), whereas Analista roles had the slowest hiring process (on average 7 days).
The interviews were not very long, but the questions were rather probing, both in a personal and a technical sense.
What blew my mind was that, because I asked about the possibility of international placement, my contact person ended the entire process, i e., cut me out, immediately after the interview. He said I did very well, but that I was not willing to relocate inside the US, which was not true. I told him this was not true, but he has not graced me with any kind of reply. They jumped to conclusions and, I must say, cheated me out of an opportunity for a misguided reason. They seemed rather serious during the interviews, but this is a dark side.
