I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at FDM Group (Toronto, ON) in Jul 2016
Interview
It was a long day. Had the aptitude test. Followed by the 2 short interviews. The interviews were easy and quick, in the normal interview they asked, tell us about yourself, where do you see yourself in 3 years and why fdm. In the technical interview, what are the pillars of OOP, what is encapsulation and polymorphism, overloading and overriding and gave me scenarios about that and what is final class. Then we had the math test and venn diagram test and concluded the day with HR questions where they discussed holiday time and salary. Good news for everyone applying and past candidates who turned down the positions .... salary is going up in August 2016 which will be 40,000 for year 1 and 45,000 for year 2. And you will get paid minimum wage during 4 months of Java training which is 11.25 per hour.

I met the recruiter in the university career fair and left my email address. They contacted me afterwards and asked for my CV. After the CV screening I was offered a telephone review. They called in 6 minutes later than the arranged time and the interview lasted for 20 minutes.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FDM Group (Singapura) in May 2016
Interview
Phone interview was very simple, did not seem like it was selective. Assessment centre was straightforward as well, a few simple tests and one interview. Questions were very generic and not of a technical nature, seemed to be a sharing session on their program rather than a part of the selection process.
