FDM Group Project Manager interview questions

Following the insight day an assessment was booked. This selection entailed spending 20-30min reading through a series of scenarios, updates, emails and financials and then summarising them to be presented back. A host of questions were then had based on all the above.

If you pass their CV check they'll organise a telephone interview, then a video interview and if successful they will invite you to an Assessment centre. At the assessment centre you have 4 tests to do plus 3 shirt interviews. The tests include a verbal reasoning test, IT aptitude test, Venn diagram and a math test. 3 interviews topics include FDM and why you want to work there, your interests and your academic and professional career and finally you and your interests in the IT industry. Would advice doing some training for the tests because if you do they are very easy; if you don't they can be overwhelming.
