FDM Group Project Manager interview questions

Attended an Insight Evening for Ex-Armed Forces in Glasgow which was very informative and explained step by step what they could provide me, and what they get out of you in return. Was invited to attend an Advanced Course Assessment that involved a 1-on-1 45 minute interview, followed by an assessed case study where you have 30 minutes to review a series of documents concerning a made up project, then 10-15 minutes to present your review of that project as the Project Manager to 'The Board', which consisted of 2-3 senior FDM members. All in all I found the experience challenging but very enjoyable. The process is designed to put you under pressure and see how you react. All interviewers concerned were attentive, informative and helped you out as best as they could.

Online application followed by relatively easy math test. Phone interview then a 2nd over Skype. Phone interview was fairly basic and went well. I was told that the Skype interview would be fairly technical so I spent time reviewing databases and other IT knowledge. Skype interview ended up not technical at all, I was caught off guard.
