Interview
Reached out to a headhunter online and had a telephone interview with them. After that there was another telephone interview with the company's HR. The online interview was with a managing editor and the editorial director afterwards, followed by a written test, which included writing and maths questions based on scenarios in the market.

Initial interview was with some of the team members that mainly involved experience, what the roles entails and background on the company itself. Relatively straightforward screening interview and get to know session.
