Flowserve interview questions

Went to the interview event in Virginia - very well taken care of and company made a good impression of itself. Different types of interviews to evaluate different qualities of candidates. One-on-one, group interview, case-study situation, etc.

I was first given a phone interview which was about 20 minutes. It was very basic and to the point with questions about previous jobs in high school. The majority of the questions revolved around if I had any experience training anyone in the past and what I did to accomplish that. I was then offered a second 1:1 interview. This lasted about 40 minutes. I was called about an offer a day later and accepted it.
