Submitted CV through LinkedIn and was invited to a MS Teams interview with the current intern, Production Manager and Production Engineering Supervisor. Very informal interview that put me at ease quickly, that felt more like a simple conversation than an interview

Smooth and inviting atmosphere. The process was low stress and not interrogatory, more like a casual conversation. First received an email pertaining to availability of an in-person interview. Once scheduled, just had to show up in proper attire.
