Ford Motor Company Software Developer interview questions

Two rounds in the interview, one behavioral and one technical with emphasis on object oriented programming, data structures and algorithms. They didn't ask me leetcode questions or told me to write code, but rather asked me which programming language I prefer and moved on from there.

This position works with the PTG Product Validation group to create the necessary test procedures and plans for the verification of those systems against the requirements, then executes the validation plan on test benches and\or a variety of vehicles platforms. This role is a systems generalist that is capable of conducting functional testing on a variety of Precision farming, guidance, telematics, product control, Position requires the capability to collect and analyze operational data and familiarity with CAN communications.
