Ford Motor Company Software Developer interview questions

The process was great, the manager was so patient to listen to my questions. She also shared her experience with me about her career at Ford at the end of the interview.

Explain the problems solved, explain the problem to management. Improvements made in system you have worked on. Run through the various types of systems experienced. It was not super technical. More like describing personal experience in various roles and projects. Run through the some of the tough problems and how came up with solutions. What were the non technical difficulties faced while resolving such problems.
