Ford Motor Company Software Developer interview questions

No response after behavioural interview that was held at the campus. When I asked them again at the next job fair they made an excuse saying they lost all their previous data, set up an interview again after which I received pretty positive feedback from my interviewer and the same thing happened again. If it was a rejection anyways I'd much rather their HR actually communicate that instead of keeping us on the hook like that

It was a virtual interview. I applied by Ford careers portal. I had the interview 1week later once I applied. And unfortunately not selected, but was a good experience. I got the feedback 1week later
