They reached out rapidly for me to use Hirevue for the interview. Afterward, I received a job offer letter for a position working with Liberty Mutual. I accepted the offer, began my paperwork (I9, background check, internet speed test) only for them to email me a few days before orientation and inform me that the position had been filled, and that I had never actually been hired.

They asked about strengths, weaknesses, times I've dealt with difficult customers, and I believe ways that I've worked with teams before.
Easy, like a friendly talk about yourself and expectations. But the answers had to be clever, really showing how your experience and interests connect with the role.
The interview was in English, as the role was for Customer Support Representative - English Speaker.
