I applied online. I interviewed at Foundever (Panamá) in Oct 2020
Interview
It was a phone interview. The interviewer was very nice, very empathetic. Good tone of voice that sounded genuine about wanting to know the answers to the questions. In the end, the interviewer stated they would call me again to continue the process. They didn't return the call though.

Do you think we have good customer service in our country?
Tell me about yourself.
Tell me about a time when you had a tough customer.
It seems like they have... quite a bit of experience, or at least they know the people they want to hire. They make you upload some documents through a webform and after that, do some assessments. I selected a role that didn't have sales in the title, but they did ask me to do a sales assessment activity.
It's all done through a PC, you'll need a webcam. It's not very hard.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Foundever (Belgrade)
Interview
I’ve applied through a referral. The initial contact was a phone call where they asked to me introduce myself in English. They’ve organized an interview after that and I was invited. After that was a test task to respond to a few emails for customers.
Once you apply and your resume meets the requirements, then they give you an invitation. Most time, they might change the resumption date. Once they have a company to service, then they book you for training. If you are able to get through training, then you start the shift.
