Had 3 interviews, this is a FS standard, very nice, relaxing environment. FS are very strict with who they employ, however the company is a great one to work for, with good growth

Give an example of how you would manage people who have worked with FS for many years, who have allot more experience?
it took an extremely long process and it was a very difficult interview overall. I really like my interviewer though. She was very positive and had a great personality which helped with me being nervous.

Do you see yourself working for our company in 10 years?
HR refused to interview me when I said I would not work on Sundays. I went home, bypassed HR and called the Pastry Chef directly. He set up the necessary interviews and I was hired on. The interview process was interesting: first with HR, then the pastry cook, then chef, then food and beverage director, and finally the general manager.
