I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Four Seasons
Interview
Submitted resume and cover letter through online university job database. Got called the next day to come in for interviews: 1 with HR, 1 with immediate supervisor, 1 with department head, all at the property consecutively. Each interview was about 15-20 min but with waiting in between I was there about 2 hours. Nothing difficult, very straight forward and expected questions. Be ready to talk about specific instances of customer service.

Question 1
What is the best customer service you provided in your previous company?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Four Seasons (Seattle, WA) in May 2010
Interview
Extensive process that ensures you have what it takes to represent the company well. I was hired over 5 years ago, so the process may have changed, but the process involved meeting with direct manager, department head, HR coordinator and director, and then finally the GM. I came in as an employee referral, had my first interview in March, then didn't hear back for quite some time, as there weren't any openings. In April, I was called back in and completed the interview process over the course of a couple of hours. Overall, the process was not very difficult, just time consuming.

Question 1
Mostly basic interview questions. If I had to chose a most difficult, it would be "What does the brand mean to you?"
