I applied online. I interviewed at Four Seasons (Nashville, TN) in Aug 2023
Interview
Manager seemed very unsure about everything but offered the job Apparently though I was actually never officially hired. Very confusing
and frustrating. He told me I did not need an offer letter since I was transferring from another location but I definitely should have demanded this.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Well I was told welcome aboard and that I would be contacted about orientation and training. I drove across the country for this position. No one ever contacted me so when I reached out to them I was completely ignored. Finally I received a letter that they would not be moving forward and they refused to give me an explanation as to why. So I ended up working for their competitor on the same street which has been a absolutely wonderful place to work. I've heard from other therapist in the area that I'm actually very fortunate that things happen this way because the management is very poor at that location.
Interview process involved an initial interview in person, a phone second round interview and a final interview with HR. the interview process took maybe two weeks. It was great to meet with multiple people.
