Met with numerous people for multiple interviews and the contract did not match the interview process. The contract was an employment letter instead of a employment formal contract. I read the reviews that were alarming to say the least.
Interview process was standard. I spoke with the hiring manager and that person's boss. It was all fair - no questions like what quote describes you or being asked to do a project, which is basically soliciting free work.
