Future interview questions

Had a very good first round with the HR for an hour and invited me to a second round with the hiring manager who ghosted me, then I found out the HR left the role basically leaving me blind. I reached out to another HR through Linkedin who said they’ll find out and ghosted me again, worst possible experience. If this is how an interview was done can’t even think how the work culture would be like.

Multi-stage video interview. First stage discusses your work history and general suitability for the role, conducted with general talent manager. Second stage conducted by the person who will be your boss if you succeed.
