I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Future (New York, NY) in Jun 2020
Interview
4 separate interviews with different members of the existing team that are at different levels of seniority.
The interview questions are non-technical, and seem to be more of a feeling-out process.
The interview was an easy process of reviewing your resume and answering some questions that fit into the company's values. It was not too long and allowed me to talk about my relevant experience.
Discussed my background, a project that I worked on with the hiring manager. Next round spoke with a software engineer on the team. I was moved to the next round to do a take home to build a scheduling api. I was asked to do it in 3 days if possible. I submitted it and quickly rejected based on my product engineering background lacking platform engineering. I would assume that my background was sufficient before moving me to the round to speak with a software engineer and take home. My time was wasted. I'm sure my take home was not looked at, as I could not get feedback.
