Interview
A phone interview, asking personal question involving the professional background in the job type. After that few knowledge question which are related to the field. After that I don't know what's going on since they never called me back.
There's something called "common courtesy", apparently not all the companies are familiar with this term. In this context it means that the applicant is waiting for your answer. Even if it is a negative one, let him know.

Hi. I head up the Recruitment team here at Future so I'm really sorry to hear you have had a negative experience during our interview process. It's been a really busy time for our tech teams so it looks as though we have dropped the ball in not coming back to you on your telephone interview. We work to try and ensure everyone receives feedback from interviews they had so I will pick up directly with the hiring team to ensure that this doesn't continue to happen.
I wish you all the best in your job search.
It was an hour long interview. The interview itself wasn’t bad but I thought it was weird how they never mentioned salary even in the final interview and they never told me about the status of my application after.

Interview
There was a 3 stage process as part of the hiring process. I had interview with HR, direct manager. Very logical and fair process, testing understanding of company and role.
