Since I am abroad, interview was conducted by alum working at GE via Skype. Interview was very behavioural- why you want to work at GE, which field, etc. The interview lasted for about half an hour. Interview
The interview was strictly behavioral and there were only very straight forward questions, no technical questions during the interview process. Training and coursework is provided so they aren't looking for those skills straight out of school necessarily. Some of the questions were asked were around what leadership opportunities I had on campus.
