The recruitment process for a position in Sofia, Bulgaria consisted of four stages. The first stage was with a company recruiter, followed by the second stage with the local HR manager and hiring manager. The third stage involved the VP of Live Games from both Sofia and Kharkiv, and the fourth round was with studio managers from both locations.
I made it to the third round in about three weeks, but after that, things started to get weird. I didn't hear back for four weeks, and during that time, I had to follow up a couple of times (every other week).
Overall, I’m really dissatisfied with the decision-making process, especially the length of time it took. On the positive side, the company recruiter was extremely responsive and supportive throughout the process.

What is the difference in the marketing approach between launching a new game and releasing DLC for a live game
Excellent. Nice office in center near metro station, nice place and personal. I was asked to make art test and it’s was difficult for me because I didn’t had much experience with digital art.
I applied online. I interviewed at Gameloft in Nov 2024
Interview
I applied online and was reached out to by an internal recruiter to schedule the first interview. I sent a few emails back and forth with her prior to the interview, but on the day she didn't show up to the screening call and didn't reply to my email asking if she needed to reschedule. There was no heads up about the interview being cancelled or any explanation as to why she didn't show up so I was left waiting in the zoom call for an hour before I gave up. This is very disrespectful and unprofessional, and should not be the standard that Gameloft holds themselves to.
